Rick Smith is a bestselling author, TED speaker, and sought-after expert on the future of technology and 3-D printing. The author of the forthcoming book, The Second Wave: Revolution, Disruption and Survival in a 3D Printed World, Smith lays out a compelling framework to explain the growth and inevitability of 3-D printing, revealing what leaders can and should be doing right now to prepare.
